Flat Bed Laser Cutting

Our laser cutting operation is one of the best in NZ and we produce parts with exceptional accuracy and cut quality. Our laser beds are 1.5m x 3m in size, and we cut up to 20mm thick mild steel and up to 12mm thick aluminium/stainless.

Tube Laser Cutting

ES3 are proud to be pioneers of tube laser cutting in NZ. We cut round, square, rectangle, angle and channel profiles with wall thicknesses up to 10mm for mild steel and 8mm for stainless and aluminium. The maximum section sizes we can process are profiles that fit within diameter 226mm and weight up to 35kg/m.

CNC Folding

Our folding department operates two CNC press brakes with a large range of tooling. We can fold up toa maximum of 16mm thick plate, and the maximum bend length is 3m which we can do up to 6mmthick. We have the following radius punches: R1, R4, R8, R10, R15, R20, R25, R40, R50, R100.

Fabrication

The fabrication department handles welding (robot or manual), countersinking, tapping, rivets/rivnuts, clinch nuts, and more.

Finishing

We work closely with subcontractors for powder coating, galvanising, zinc plating and other finishing processes. Let us look after this and it's on less thing for your team to worry about.
